Delicious Brownies and Ice Cream Recipes

Chocolate Ice Cream

Preparation Time: 7 hours 30 minutes
Servings: 6

Chocolate: 200 g (7 oz )
Sugar: ½ cup
Egg yolks: 5
Milk: 500 ml


Use a double boiler to melt chocolate or melt it in a saucepan on low heat. Keep it aside.
Take a bowl and beat sugar and egg yolk together. Keep it aside.
Take a saucepan and heat milk on low heat and let it boil. Once it starts boiling, turn off heat.
Slowly add this milk to the yolk mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir constantly. Cook this mixture again on low heat and whisk continuously until it boils. Turn off heat.
Mix melted chocolate and whisk thoroughly. Pour this mixture into one chilled metal bowl and freeze. Stir this mixture after each 45 minutes to break ice lumps and put it in the freezer again. Replicate this two times again.
After seven hours, put this ice cream in your food processor and blend for a few minutes. You can also break this mixture with the help of a fork. Serve chilled.


Low Carb Brownies

¼ cup almond flour
¾ cup refined erythritol
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 egg whites
½ cup cocoa powder without sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon extract, vanilla flavor
¼ cup applesauce

Prepare an oven in advance at 350 F. Prepare the blend of salt, erythritol, baking powder, almond meal, cocoa powder, and salt. Now add applesauce, egg white and extract of vanilla to blend everything well. It may take a few minutes, but make sure to let the blend smooth without any pocket of cocoa powder. Grease a baking paper and spoon small balls of batter. Now bake it for 35 minutes at 350F and check with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, then the brownie is done.


Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Preparation Time: 5 hours
Servings: 16

Whole milk: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Egg yolks: 4
Salt: 1 pinch
Half-and-half: 2 cups
Whipping cream: 2 cups
Chocolate chip: 2 cups
Peanut butter: 1 cup
Chopped peanuts: 1 cup

Take a saucepan, whisk sugar, milk, salt and egg yolks together in this pan. Turn on the stove and cook this mixture over medium heat. Whisk well until it simmer. Reduce heat to low and whisk for five minutes more or until the mixture turns to thicken. Strain this mixture in one large bowl and whisk cream, half-and-half, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Mix them well to melt chocolate chips and blend this mixture well. Cover this bowl with a plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for almost 2 hours.
Pour this mixture into the canister of your ice cream maker and process as per the instructions of the manufacturer. Once the ice cream is ready, mix chopped peanuts and keep in the freezer. Serve chilled!


Mango Ice Cream

Preparation Time: 12 hours 5 minutes
Servings: 6 to 8

Mango Pulp: 1 cup
Condensed milk (sweetened): 14 ounces
Heavy cream: 2 cups
Food coloring: yellow

Cut slices of mango to scoop flesh and discard its skin and pit. Take a food processor or blender and process flesh of mango to make a smooth puree.
Take one bowl and mix condensed milk, heavy cream, and mango pulp. Mix it with a hand mixer at low speed and whisk it for almost 8 – 10 minutes or until it becomes stiff. While beating, you can squeeze 2 to 3 drops or more food color to get the desired color.
Transfer this mixture into a loaf pan and cover with a plastic film and lightly press the surface of this cover to avoid ice crystals in the freezer. Put this mixture in your freezer for almost 6 hours or one night. Serve chilled!


Brownie with Cocoa Powder

1 cup sweetener
3 oz chopped chocolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder without sugar
3 eggs
8 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon vanilla

Prepare an oven at 350 F. Spray cooking oil on the baking pan. Now take a medium bowl and prepare a mixture of salt, almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Take a small saucepan to melt butter and chocolate to make a blend. Now whisk eggs, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl and transfer this blend in butter and chocolate mixture. Whisk it and add it to the dry ingredients and mix well. Transfer this batter to a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until you get a clean toothpick after poking it into the center. Let it cool before cutting it.
