Making the decision to switch to non-stick cookware is not necessarily an easy one. There have been plenty of findings that non-stick is not necessarily the best choice. Over the years though there have been a number of improvements to non-stick items on the market and it is found that the scare that used to be attached to these items is no longer a concern. Here is a quick outline of the benefits of owning and using non-stick cookware both silicone and steel.

Quick Banana Bread
2 C flour
½ tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
3 mashed ripe bananas
½ C brown sugar
½ C melted butter
¾ C sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 325℉ and in a large bowl sift together salt, baking soda, and flour. In another bowl mix together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and bananas. Add your wet ingredients to the sifted dry and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into a non-stick loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Once the banana bread is done, move to wire cooling rack and serve warm.
Quick Brownie Recipe
1 ½ C all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 C white sugar
½ tsp salt
½ C cocoa powder
1 C butter
4 beaten eggs
½ C chopped or halved walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350℉ and in a large bowl melt the butter. Once butter is melted add all dry ingredients to the bowl then add the beaten eggs. Mix well until combined and pour mixture into the non-stick brownie pan. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes to bake. Once baked remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
